WARRANTY POLICY

Motors, instruments, controllers and other products

Warranty period: 36 months after leaving the factory or 24 months after starting to use (24 months after getting the invoice), whichever is shorter.

Lifetime service commitment: Products beyond the warranty period can still get our after-sales support and paid services, and products with the LLM label enjoy a lifetime paid parts supply commitment.

Quality assurance policy: 1. During the warranty period, non-human quality failures will be repaired free of charge; 2. During the warranty period, major quality problems will cause failures, and free replacements will be provided.

 

Battery products

Warranty period: 24 months after the device leaves the factory and the number of charging cycles is <500 times.

Lifetime service commitment: products outside the warranty period can still get our after-sales support and paid services

Warranty policy: 1. 0-15 months below 70% of the nominal capacity: replace with a new battery; 2. 15-24 months below 60% of the nominal capacity, replace the spare battery (not lower than the new battery capacity 80% of the total).
